This team of academics from Australian National University, led by Professor Katrina Anderson and Dr Stephen Martin, developed the pilot education sessions including activities and key learning summaries. Topics of education were informed by research from the broader team and an environmental scan of existing informative and education materials for Australian GPs on quality and safety in telehealth.

This team, led by Dr Katelyn Barnes and Dr Stephen Martin, completed qualitative research to identify explicit and implicit learning needs of GPs in training and RACGP fellowed GPs with regard to navigating quality and safety issues when using telehealth care. This included interviews with RACGP GPs as well as literature and environmental scans to identify existing gaps in telehealth information and education for general practice.
